Role Overview
As a Solutions Planning Associate Director within the Pan Regional team, you’ll be crucial in protecting and growing revenue from our priority clients, leading new client onboarding, and ensuring best-in-class delivery of our Media Solutions across multiple markets.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for key client concerns, a champion of process efficiency, and a vital link between the day-to-day work of the Solutions Planning team and strategic client workstreams.
The role requires the ability to navigate the complexities of multi-market planning and delivery, ensuring our solutions can be effectively and consistently delivered across markets.
This role demands a sharp eye for detail, strong team management skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Protect & Grow Revenue
- Focus on top clients to retain, protect, and grow spend, taking ownership of newly converted clients as they onboard.
- Address client concerns and blockers, collaborating with senior stakeholders across agency teams and markets to maintain pipeline stability and monthly commitments.
- Contribute to new business pitches when needed.

Manage Client Relationships
- Support Director to own senior client lead relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their business priorities, challenges and competitive landscape.
- Lead sessions with key stakeholders to educate agency and client teams on Media Solutions planning principles and best practices.
- Build strong relationships across relevant local markets to support effective pan-regional planning and delivery.
Educate & Enable
- Be the first point of contact and identify cross/up-selling opportunities and timings.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of client objective frameworks and our Media Solutions measurement offering, effectively proving out value.
- Empower the team to adopt new processes and educate agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Science team to create custom data strategies for key clients when needed.
Lead & Optimise Team Operations
- Lead on and embed best practices within the team, ensuring high standards of delivery across markets.
- Line manage and develop team members, providing guidance and support for day-to-day operations, personal development and career growth.
- Act as an escalation point for core process, ways of working and client challenges – being the link between senior and junior team members.
- Ensure pan-regional plans and solutions can be effectively delivered across multiple markets.
Drive Efficiency
- Drive continued efficiencies in ways of working and ensure adherence to best-practice planning principles throughout the client journey, from discovery through to activation.
- Refine and improve operational workflows, considering the different teams, markets and touchpoints involved.
- Leverage AI and automation where appropriate.

Core Role Competencies
- Solid experience in media planning, account management, or a similar client-facing role, ideally within an agency or media owner environment.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships, with a focus on revenue protection and new business onboarding.
- Strong understanding of media solutions, planning principles, and measurement methodologies.
- Experience working across multiple markets, regions or international client accounts.
- Ability to navigate different market requirements while delivering a consistent regional strategy.
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Experience in line managing, mentoring or sharing knowledge with junior team members.
- A collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to educate and influence.
- A proactive mindset, always seeking to refine and improve workflows.
