Kensington
£55,000 basic salary + £5,000 car allowance + tiered commission

Our client is a boutique estate agency covering Kensington and Mayfair, looking for an experienced lettings professional to join us as Associate Director. You’ll take responsibility for winning instructions, developing client relationships and securing tenants for exceptional homes in two of London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.
This role will suit someone who combines sound market knowledge with commercial ambition, discretion and a personal approach to client service.
The Role
You’ll manage the lettings process from initial introduction through to an agreed tenancy, building lasting relationships with landlords, applicants and professional introducers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Winning new instructions and growing your portfolio across Kensington and Mayfair.
- Advising landlords on pricing, presentation and the positioning of their properties.
- Matching discerning applicants with suitable homes and conducting tailored viewings.
- Negotiating tenancy terms and progressing transactions with care and attention to detail.
- Developing relationships with relocation specialists, buying agents and other professional contacts.
- Working towards an annual personal net fee income target of £350,000-£400,000.
- Representing the agency with professionalism and contributing to the wider team’s success.
About You
You’ll bring an established track record in prime or super prime residential lettings, with the confidence to win business and deliver a consistently high standard of service.

We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Kensington, Mayfair or comparable prime central London markets.
- Evidence of winning instructions, negotiating successfully and generating fee income.
- Experience working with high-net-worth and international clients.
- Excellent communication skills and a discreet, considered approach.
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage several transactions and client relationships at once.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, personal accountability and a collaborative working style.
