What you’ll be doing
- Lead key workstreams across buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from preparation through to completion
- Own day-to-day client and stakeholder relationships, becoming a trusted adviser throughout the transaction
- Drive deal execution, including valuation, financial analysis, transaction materials and negotiation support
- Develop relationships across the technology ecosystem, supporting origination and identifying new opportunities
What you’ll bring
- Strong M&A or Corporate Finance experience with meaningful transaction execution exposure
- Proven experience taking responsibility for significant elements of mid-market deals
- Confidence engaging with founders, management teams, investors and professional advisers
- Technology or Technology Services transaction experience, or a credible track record relevant to the sector
