The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Sales Manager / Associate Director to take ownership of an established Technology Contract desk in our London HQ. This is a genuine leadership role.... ideal for someone who loves developing others, leading by example, and driving business performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example through proactive business development, client meetings, and networking.
- Manage, motivate, and develop consultants from trainee to senior level.
- Grow and maintain key client relationships across the Technology market.
- Recruit and train new consultants, creating a culture of high performance.
- Champion Gravitas’ core values every step of the way.

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of 360 recruitment experience (ideally within a Technology niche).
- Strong track record in business development and relationship management.
- Experience developing consultants at varying levels.
- A hands-on leadership style with genuine passion for coaching others.
- Ambition to grow into one of our Global Future Leaders.
