We are working on an Associate Director hire for a rapidly growing Transaction Services team in London.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced FDD professional who wants greater ownership of live transactions, more direct exposure to senior clients and the opportunity to join a business where progression is driven by performance rather than time served.
The team advises private equity and corporate clients across buy-side and sell-side transactions, combining traditional Financial Due Diligence with a genuinely data and technology-led approach.
The Role
You will take a lead role across Financial Due Diligence engagements, with responsibility for both delivery and day-to-day client management.

You will:
- Lead buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements
- Manage multiple live transactions and take ownership of key workstreams
- Analyse quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow and key financial trends
- Translate detailed financial analysis into clear, commercial conclusions for clients
- Act as a key point of contact for private equity and corporate clients
- Review deliverables and maintain a high standard of output across engagements
- Lead, coach and develop junior members of the team
- Support pitches, proposals and wider business development activity
- Work with data, analytics and technology to enhance the quality and speed of diligence

What We’re Looking For
- ACA / CA / ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Strong Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services experience
- Previous UK experience within a Transaction Services / FDD team is essential
- Experience managing live FDD engagements and junior teams
- Strong financial analysis and report-writing skills
- Confidence interacting directly with senior clients
- Commercially minded with strong project management skills
- An interest in how technology and analytics can improve transaction execution
