The Role

As an Associate Director in Transaction Services at Queen’s Tower Advisory, you’ll play a central role in delivering high‑quality financial due diligence and guiding clients through complex, high‑stakes transactions. You’ll lead project teams, manage day‑to‑day engagement delivery, and provide the analytical and commercial insights that influence investment decisions.

This is an Associate Director role for someone who wants to step up, take ownership, and help shape a fast‑growing advisory business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Delivery

    • Lead financial due diligence engagements across a range of sectors and deal sizes.
    • Oversee the preparation of high‑quality deliverables that drive informed, confident decision‑making.
  • Client Relationship Management

    • Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout engagements.
    • Provide clear, commercially grounded insights and maintain strong, trusted relationships.
  • Team Leadership

    • Supervise, coach, and develop junior team members.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, ambition, and consistently high standards.

  • Business Development

    • Support Directors and Partners in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
    • Contribute to proposal development and participate in pitch presentations.
  • Risk & Quality Management

    • Ensure compliance with internal risk management processes.
    • Maintain rigorous professional standards across all aspects of engagement delivery.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with colleagues across service lines to deliver integrated, high‑impact solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified accountant (ACA/CA/CPA or equivalent).
  • Strong experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, or a related field within a professional services environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including financial modelling and report writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and colleagues.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - someone who is proactive, commercially aware, and eager to contribute to a growing practice.
