An Associate Director is sought by a leading professional services firm in London.
This is a newly created role, and this established team continues to experience double digit year-on-year growth. The firm has invested heavily in AI and technology, with innovative tools embedded into day-to-day processes and direct mentorship available on their practical application, combined with a strong pipeline of work and a clear route to Partnership, this offers an excellent platform for ambitious individuals.
The position will see you work closely with Partners, Transaction Services specialists and clients throughout the deal lifecycle, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of buy-side and sell-side transactions while playing a key role in delivering commercially focused tax advice to a variety of financial services clients.

The Role
- Advise on the tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals and wider M&A transactions across the Financial Services sector
- Deliver transaction tax advice and due diligence support on a range of complex deals
- Work closely with Partners, clients and deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the market
- Support business development activity and contribute to the continued growth of the team
- Coach and develop junior team members
About You
- ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualified
- Transaction tax or M&A advisory experience
- Commercially minded with the ability to deliver practical tax advice
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Financial Services experience beneficial but not essential
- Interested in innovation, technology and AI-enabled ways of working
