Associate Director | Valuation
Location: London & South East
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded property consultancy seeking an experienced Associate Director to join its growing Valuation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS Registered Valuer looking to progress their career within a respected consultancy that offers a varied workload, strong client exposure, and genuine opportunities for professional development. The successful individual will play a key role within an established team, delivering valuation and advisory services across both commercial and residential property sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality valuation advice across commercial and residential assets.
- Undertake property inspections and prepare detailed valuation reports.
- Provide valuation advice for loan security, financial reporting, and taxation purposes.
- Maintain compliance with RICS Valuation Standards and industry best practice.
- Review and proofread reports, ensuring consistently high professional standards.
- Support, mentor, and develop junior colleagues where appropriate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to maximise client service and instruction opportunities.
- Remain up to date with legislation, market trends, and developments affecting the valuation profession.

Candidate Requirements
- MRICS qualified.
- RICS Registered Valuer status.
- Proven experience undertaking commercial and/or residential valuations from instruction through to report delivery.
- Strong understanding of RICS Red Book standards and valuation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development.
- Experience using valuation software and property databases.
- Strong report-writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work to a high standard.
