A leading global advisory and consulting network, spanning more than 100 countries and tens of thousands of professionals, is looking for an Associate Director to help lead its Value Creation team.

This isn't a diligence-and-done kind of team. It works on what actually happens inside a deal: carve-outs and separations, synergy assessments, integrations, and the value creation work that happens long after signing. Clients come back to this team because it stays close to them through the deal and beyond, acting as a genuine transformation partner rather than a one-off advisor. That's part of why the practice is growing, and why it now needs someone to help lead its next stage.

The role

You'll work across corporate and private equity clients in financial services - specialist lending, insurance (carriers and brokers), and investment management - on deals ranging from owner-managed business sales to multi-billion-pound mergers. In practice, that means:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
