If you're an ambitious Senior Account Executive or Associate Director, this is an opportunity to do far more than manage another portfolio.
Our client is one of the UK's leading independent insurance brokers, with an outstanding reputation, a loyal client base and ambitious plans to strengthen its Commercial Insurance offering. They are looking for someone who wants to build a successful portfolio today and become the future leader of the division tomorrow.
Joining the London office, you'll inherit an established portfolio while being encouraged to develop your own book through referrals, existing relationships and new business. You'll work with business owners and senior decision-makers, providing trusted advice across a broad range of Commercial Insurance risks and building long-term partnerships based on service and expertise.

What you'll bring
- Experience as a Senior Account Executive, Associate Director or Commercial Insurance Broker.
- A successful track record of developing and growing commercial client relationships.
- Strong business development skills and a consultative, relationship-led approach.
- The ambition to progress into a senior leadership position.
