Advance Your Career in European Debt Advisory
A leading London-based European Debt Advisory team is expanding and seeking an ambitious professional to join its growing practice.
Working alongside highly experienced advisers, you'll support boards, management teams, and shareholders on complex financing transactions across the UK and Europe, with particular exposure to France, the Benelux region, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain.
The Role
You'll play a key role in the execution of a diverse range of transactions, including:
- Acquisition financing
- Growth capital
- Capital structure optimisation
- Refinancing
- Asset-based lending
- Covenant restructuring

Experience, Skills, and Responsibilities
We're looking for a candidate with experience in advisory, banking, investment, or chartered accountancy who can demonstrate:
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Knowledge of debt markets and lending structures
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Ambition to develop within a fast-growing, international team
