Responsibilities
- Working alongside recognised experts
- Handling high-value contentious trusts and probate matters
- Will validity challenges
- Inheritance Act claims
- Trustee and beneficiary disputes
- Estate administration disputes
- Cross-border private wealth litigation
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
- Litigation, Dispute Resolution or Private Client experience
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in contentious trusts & probate
