EM4Y Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for an Associate E-commerce Professional to join their growing EMEA Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of internationally recognised consumer brands by driving eCommerce performance, enhancing customer experience, and delivering best-in-class online merchandising across Magento and Shopify platforms.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of the EMEA eCommerce team, you'll support the growth of multiple DTC websites by:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of assigned eCommerce websites.
- Delivering exceptional product merchandising across Magento and Shopify platforms.
- Supporting eCommerce revenue, trading performance, and profitability.
- Executing on-page SEO improvements and collaborating with technical SEO partners.
- Monitoring website performance including traffic, conversion, and customer behaviour.
- Managing website development tickets and working closely with developers.
- Planning and launching seasonal campaigns, product ranges, and promotional activity.
- Conducting A/B testing to improve conversion and user experience.
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Demand Planning, and Digital teams.
- Producing trading reports and performance insights.
- Identifying opportunities to improve the online customer journey and overall website performance.

Requirements
We're looking for someone who has:
- 2–4 years' experience in eCommerce or digital merchandising.
- Experience working with Magento.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce merchandising and on-page SEO.
- Experience working with website development teams or external eCommerce partners.
- A commercial mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Full right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.
- The ability to work from the London office three days per week.
