Associate E-commerce Professional-Osprey, Hydro Flask, and Curlsmith

Position: Associate E-commerce Professional
Department: Online Sales / E-commerce
Work Location: Hybrid (work 3 days onsite) β London, England, and are travelable to the Waterloo β Southwark area.
Role Type: Full time, Permanent
What You Will Be Doing
Be part of a team shaping the future of our EMEA eCommerce business. In this role, you'll help grow our direct-to-consumer brands by optimising website performance, enhancing product merchandising, and driving digital visibility through SEO. Your work will directly contribute to ambitious growth targets while ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience for our customers across Curlsmith, Osprey, and Hydro Flask.
Responsibilities
- Delivering annual eCommerce revenue and profitability targets across all EMEA Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) websites.
- Developing and implementing eCommerce strategies aligned with business objectives to drive revenue growth while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance site usability and continuously improve the customer experience.
- Creating and maintaining an exceptional brand experience through impactful merchandising across EMEA Home & Outdoors DTC websites on Magento and Beauty websites on Shopify, maximising commercial opportunities.
- Managing the day-to-day operation of assigned websites, including owning development tickets and representing the brand in relevant internal and external meetings.
- Owning and optimising key eCommerce platforms and tools, developing subject matter expertise in areas such as reviews, on-site search and merchandising, translations, and loyalty programmes.
- Building and launching seasonal product ranges in line with go-to-market plans, while reviewing site content for accuracy and implementing customer insights and feedback to improve performance.
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators including traffic, conversion rates, and site speed, and driving improvements through collaboration with Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders.
- Executing a strong on-page SEO strategy by implementing timely optimisations and managing relationships with SEO agencies and developers to ensure technical SEO priorities are delivered effectively.
- Leading website merchandising strategies aligned with product priorities, seasonal campaigns, and business objectives, while partnering with the DTC Marketing and Trading Manager to balance brand experience with commercial performance.
- Supporting and contributing to promotional and pricing strategies, including end-of-season sales, gift-with-purchase campaigns, and additional revenue-driving initiatives.
- Preparing and delivering daily trading reports, call-off files, and performance updates to support decision-making.
- Collaborating with the CRM team to ensure the successful implementation of loyalty and community growth initiatives, while supporting customer acquisition and retention objectives.
- Partnering with Demand Planning and the Ecommerce Trading Manager to maximise stock availability, proactively identifying risks and opportunities throughout the season.
- Owning and enhancing the customer journey and user experience, ensuring delivery aligns with brand strategy and eCommerce best practices.
- Using A/B testing and test-and-learn methodologies to drive data-led website improvements and commercial growth.
- Working closely with Brand and Digital Marketing teams to deliver a premium online brand experience, while planning and publishing seasonal content that balances engagement and conversion.
- Contributing to and participating in go-to-market meetings to develop a strong understanding of the assigned Home & Outdoors brand portfolio.
- Continuously optimising the customer journey by identifying and resolving pain points highlighted through customer feedback and team insights.
- Managing the website development roadmap by creating, prioritising, and tracking tickets while liaising with in-house development teams on functional, transactional, and user experience enhancements.
- Implementing and maintaining content updates and site releases that improve commercial performance and customer engagement.
- Supporting the wider DTC team across all EMEA websites as required, ensuring a consistently high-quality brand and eCommerce experience across both Magento and Shopify platforms.
- Championing eCommerce best practices across all Home & Outdoors EMEA DTC websites.
- Conducting competitor analysis and sharing actionable insights and recommendations to strengthen performance and maintain market competitiveness.

- Experience with managing platforms like Magento and working with external Ecommerce tech partners
- SEO, and E-commerce Merchandising experience
- Ability to think strategically and build roadmaps
- Ability to be Subject Matter Expert (SME) on certain technical areas of the business
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and or 2-4 years equivalent relevant experience in E-Commerce
- Authorized to work in the UK free of immigrations restrictions
- Ability to attend the office 3 days per week
