Vella Recruitment are working with an award-winning planning-led SME based in Farringdon, who have an outstanding reputation in the market. They are looking for an Associate Director/Director within their Socio-Economics team, who has expertise in working on DCO/NSIP Projects in relation to socioeconomic matters.
THE HEADLINES:
- Title: Socio-Economic Associate Director/Director
- Experience required: 6+ years’ experience
- Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + excellent bonus
- Location: Central London
- Type of Company: Planning-led SME
- Hybrid Working: Yes, flexible (3 in office/2 work from home)

👀 WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You’ll need 6+ years’ experience from a similar discipline.
- Experience of the DCO/Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project processes.
- Experienced in HIA's, EqIA's, Socioeconomic needs assessments, ES chapters.
- Previous mentoring experience and work-winning experience is preferable.
