KT Healthcare is looking for an experienced Educational Psychologist to join our growing clinical team on a contract/consultancy basis initially.

This is an opportunity to work remotely, delivering high-quality Educational Psychology assessments as part of a multidisciplinary private healthcare service specialising in neurodevelopmental and psychological support for children and young people.

The Role

You will deliver remote Educational Psychology assessments, using a holistic, evidence-based approach to understand each child or young person's individual strengths, needs, and presentation.

You will draw on a combination of:

  • Standardised psychometric assessments
  • Clinical interviews
  • Observations
  • Parent/carer and professional questionnaires
  • Review of educational and clinical information
  • Interpretation and integration of assessment findings
  • Clear, practical, and evidence-based recommendations

The assessments will consider a child's cognitive, academic, social, and emotional needs, with a focus on providing families and professionals with a meaningful understanding of the child and recommendations that can be applied in practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
