We are hiring an Associate to join our Asset & Wealth Management Practice.
Opportunity
Our clients include global and boutique asset managers, wealth management firms, private banks and asset owners such as pension funds and sovereign institutions. We operate exclusively on retained, high-impact mandates, advising on senior appointments across C-suite and leadership roles, as well as Board and Non-Executive Director positions.

This is not a siloed research role. You will work across the full lifecycle of executive search, shaping strategy, engaging senior talent and delivering work directly to clients. A key part of our success is exceptional communication, in particular on telephone and video calls.
Role
- Designing and executing search strategies
- Conducting detailed market mapping and competitive intelligence
- Using AI-enabled research tools
- Engaging senior executives and building strong relationships
- Producing high-quality candidate reports and client materials
- Supporting client delivery through updates, briefings and interview processes

What we are looking for
- Excellent articulacy and oral communication
- Experience and/or proven interest in asset or wealth management and/or executive search
- Strong analytical and research capability
- Confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness to learn by doing
- A collaborative, commercially aware mindset
- A sense of humour
The role is based in Mayfair, W1 and requires being in the office Monday-Thursday.
