Your mission

As an Associate, you will build the foundations of a career in retained executive search within a commercial, consultative environment.

This is a sales-led role with a long term, relationship focused approach. You will develop the skills to operate credibly with senior stakeholders while contributing to high quality search delivery.

You will:

  • Build market insight and map leadership talent
  • Proactively engage C level and senior stakeholders through phone, video, email and face to face outreach
  • Support both new business development and existing client growth, including repeat business and account expansion
  • Contribute to a structured and transparent search process
  • Support delivery of leadership hiring projects aligned to business outcomes

Our approach combines data led, tech enabled search with rigorous assessment, enabling us to deliver leadership hires Right First Time, On Time.

You will develop into a trusted partner, working as an extension of client teams to help future proof leadership capability.

This programme is designed for two routes:

Early Careers / Graduates

  • Strong academic or early professional track record
  • Motivation to build a commercially focused career
  • Curiosity about business, leadership and organisational performance

Sales to Executive Search

  • Experience in sales, SDR or BDR roles
  • Comfortable with outreach, pipeline building and working to KPIs
  • Looking to move from transactional sales into a relationship led, advisory environment

  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving ability
