JOB SUMMARY

The Associate Facial and Social Media Manager is a key development role within the UK & Ireland Marketing organisation for a high-potential junior marketer ready to take greater ownership and broaden their commercial marketing experience. The role combines ownership of selected digital and social media initiatives with hands-on responsibility for brand activities across the Medical Device portfolio, including customer events and independently managed projects.

Working closely with Brand Leads and the wider cross-functional team, the successful candidate will lead defined projects from brief through delivery and evaluation. They will coordinate agencies, stakeholders, budgets, approvals and timelines, while using customer and performance insights to strengthen execution and improve impact. Digital and social media will form a significant focus of the role, alongside event delivery and brand activation.

This is a varied, visible and execution-focused opportunity for someone with early marketing or commercial experience who is enthusiastic about digital engagement and ready to operate with increasing independence. The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially curious and highly organised, with the confidence to bring forward ideas, challenge constructively and take accountability for agreed outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
