Associate Financial Adviser

London

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus and excellent benefits

Are you a qualified Financial Adviser looking for a role where you can focus on delivering exceptional advice without the demands of constant travel?

I’m recruiting for an experienced Associate Financial Adviser to join a growing, client-focused wealth management business in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established client bank, providing high-quality financial planning while building long-term relationships and delivering outstanding client outcomes.

The Role

As part of a collaborative advice team, you'll provide holistic, FCA-compliant financial advice across investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning. You'll work closely with paraplanners and adviser support colleagues, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping clients achieve their financial goals.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing regulated financial advice via telephone and Microsoft Teams.
  • Conducting comprehensive client reviews and identifying financial planning opportunities.
  • Developing tailored recommendations using the firm's centralised investment proposition.
  • Preparing and presenting personalised financial plans and suitability reports.
  • Building long-term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
  • Identifying opportunities to develop existing client relationships and contribute to business growth.
  • Maintaining high standards of compliance in line with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty.
  • Working collaboratively with paraplanners, adviser support, and the wider business to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
