Associate Financial Adviser – Bath
Up to £44,000 + Annual Bonus & Excellent Benefits
We are representing a national financial advice business seeking an Associate Financial Adviser to join its growing team in Bath.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner looking to take the next step into Financial Advice, as well as existing Advisers looking for a supportive, client-focused environment. The role is primarily desk-based with minimal travel, working with an established client bank and supported by experienced Paraplanners and Adviser Support.

Key Requirements
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
- Minimum 1 year’s experience providing regulated advice or strong Paraplanning experience looking to transition into advice
- Strong knowledge across pensions, investments, and protection
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
