New Business Financial Planner - All leads provided, phone based – Greater Manchester
£45,000 base + OTE ~£75,000 | Employee‑Owned Firm | Office‑Based (Hybrid from 2027)
Are you a Level 4 qualified adviser who loves the front end of financial planning - the discovery, the conversations, the recommendations - without the ongoing servicing? This is a high‑energy, high‑volume new‑business role with exceptional inbound lead flow and a genuinely supportive, collaborative environment.

We’re partnering with an employee‑owned wealth firm based in South-West Manchester (8-9 miles from city centre) With rapid growth, huge demand, and a brilliant culture, they’re now expanding their adviser team.

About the Role
This is a pure new‑business financial planning role. No AUM. No ongoing reviews. No legacy book to maintain. All leads provided through partnering company.
Responsibilities
- All Leads provided
- Engaging new clients
- Completing fact finds
- Providing clear, compliant financial recommendations
- Working in a fast‑paced, commercial environment with exceptional lead flow
Qualification requirements
- Level 4 qualified
- CAS not required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial planning or adviser environment
Required Skills
- Confident with initial client engagement and discovery
- Enjoys a high‑volume, fast‑paced workflow
- Thrives in a collaborative, energetic office setting

Training schedule
A structured 4‑week training programme:
- Week 1 in Chorley
- Followed by e‑learning at home
- Soft‑skills coaching with the Sales Director
- Progression into CAS with live call sign‑off
Pay range and compensation package
- £45,000 base salary
- OTE ~£75,000
- £3,600 tax‑free profit‑related bonus (employee‑owned structure)
- Clear progression into CAS
- Office‑based now, moving to hybrid (2 days office) once the adviser team expands mid‑2027
