Maiden Marc Advisory is currently working with a global SHREK firm looking to add multiple Associates across several business practices in London. This includes sector-focused practices like Financial Services and Technology and functionally focused practices like Corporate Officers and Board.

Requirements
Due to the high level of detail and quality of its work, it only looks to hire the top 5% of candidates in the market, and thanks to its continued drive for growth and excellence, they are currently in a position to add several Associates (ideally two to five years of experience in a corporate environment) to the team.
The ideal candidates will have:
- Graduated with a high 2:1 or above from a leading University and have a strong background in excelling across their extracurricular pursuits
- A high level of commercial acumen through previous work experience - this can come from headhunting, retained search, or a structured corporate commercial environment
- An analytical thinking process coupled with a naturally polished and well-rounded communication technique
- Strong research background and exceptional rapport-building skills
- The drive to build a career in retained ‘C-Suite’ Executive Search within a globally respected firm

Benefits
In addition to the internal opportunities for growth and progression, the firm also offers a leading financial package for employees. Base salaries start at £50,000 and rise based on industry experience, alongside a leading bonus structure run on a discretionary, performance-driven basis.
