Responsibilities
- Implement low-complexity study configurations and author low-complexity agents, translating defined specifications and customer protocols into working solutions.
- Implement study configurations based on customer protocols, translating the protocol and schedule of assessments into a working Medable study (eCOA, ePRO, eConsent, visit schedules, and forms).
- Author, configure, and optimize agents in Agent Studio that help Medable's own delivery and Global Services teams work faster, applying human-in-the-loop safeguards and core agentic patterns such as reasoning loops and tool use.
- Build test scenarios and execute technical and quality assurance checks, troubleshooting and resolving defects prior to sign-off.
- Support project plans by tracking timelines, deliverables, and technical milestones.
- Track project financials for assigned work, including timecards and hours, and flag variances.
- Manage personal workload across concurrent assignments to meet delivery dates.
- Prepare status updates for internal teams and customers, and escalate risks to senior FDEs in a timely manner.
- Contribute to knowledge transfer sessions and prepare training and guidance materials.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience
- Recent graduate, or up to 2 years of hands-on experience in platform configuration, technical implementation, or a related technical delivery role (internships included), or a combination of education and experience.
- Foundational exposure to agentic AI or agent systems (autonomous agents, reasoning loops, tool use, LLMs), with a strong drive to build technical depth quickly.
- Some familiarity with configuring software or authoring in low-code or platform tooling.
- Familiarity with clinical trials or eClinical systems (eCOA, ePRO, eConsent) is a plus but not required.
Skills
- Aptitude for authoring agents and configuring software in platform and low-code tooling, with familiarity with developer-adjacent tools (Git, Confluence, Postman, command line or terminal).
- Foundational understanding of agentic AI concepts (LLMs, agents, prompts, reasoning loops, human-in-the-loop).
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle and how platforms integrate with external systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving instincts and rapid learning of new platforms and tools.
- Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including basic technical communication.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace); team-oriented mindset.

Education, Certifications, Licenses
- Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Health Informatics, or a related technical field preferred).
- Coursework or projects in AI, data, or software configuration is a plus. Project management certifications are not required.
Travel Requirements
- Minimal travel required (up to approximately 10%). Remote-first, with occasional customer sessions, meetings, or events as needed.
