Role Description:

This is a commission + equity founding role for someone with exceptional high-ticket sales skills. As a founding member of the team you will need to be committed to investing your time and efforts long term rather than for immediate benefits. Equity will be an ESOP structure with a vesting period and from 5-10% depending on experience.

This can be either full-time or part-time depending on your preference, and fully remote.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Managing a sales pipeline
  • Preparing proposals
  • Negotiating contract terms

The role involves working closely with the other 2 co-founders to align solutions with client needs, as well as maintaining accurate records of activities and results in the CRM system.

As a founding member your input will be highly valued, whether that is ideas around sales strategy, company vision, or our services and product developments.

  • Strong consultative sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship building.
  • Ability to understand and articulate web technologies and AI concepts in clear, client-friendly terms.
  • Experience preparing proposals, presenting solutions, and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools and basic sales reporting to manage pipeline and forecast results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
  • Prior sales experience in technology, consulting, or related services is highly beneficial.
  • Relevant education or training in business, sales, marketing, or technology is an advantage.
