Associate General Counsel – Regulatory
London
We are partnering with a SaaS business looking for an Associate General Counsel to lead its Regulatory legal function, supporting the development and scaling of technology products across international markets.
This is a senior in-house opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with Product, Engineering, and business teams, providing practical legal guidance throughout the product lifecycle while bringing strong regulatory judgement to support innovation and responsible growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Regulatory legal remit, providing strategic legal support across SaaS products and technology platforms.
- Support product launches, market expansion, and scaling activities across multiple jurisdictions.
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to senior stakeholders across the business.
About You:
- England & Wales Qualified lawyer
- Leadership In-house experience within SaaS, technology, or fintech
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and commercial teams
- Commercially minded with the ability to provide pragmatic legal solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable operating autonomously and supporting a business through a period of rapid growth
