Associate HR Business Partner
As an Associate HR Business Partner in London, you'll play a key role in supporting the Human Resources function within the not-for-profit sector. This temporary role focuses on providing expert HR guidance and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Client Details
A leading not-for-profit organisation is seeking an experienced Associate HR Business Partner to join its People team on an interim basis.
This is a hands-on role supporting a diverse range of business areas and will suit someone who is comfortable operating independently, managing complex employee relations matters and quickly building credibility with stakeholders.
Description
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff across various teams.
- Assist with employee relations, including handling queries and resolving issues.
- Support the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
- Manage HR data and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver consistent support.
- Respond to ad hoc HR-related queries and provide practical solutions.

Profile
A successful Associate HR Business Partner should have:
- A solid understanding of HR policies and employment law.

Job Offer
- Daily rate of £180- £185 dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary contract in the not-for-profit sector.
