Role Description
This full-time Associate role is an on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Associate will support cross-disciplinary project teams in research, analysis, and development of design and technology solutions for urban environments. Daily responsibilities may include:

- Gathering and organizing project data
- Preparing presentations and reports
- Contributing to design workflows
- Assisting in the coordination of tasks across architecture, planning, and technology disciplines

The role involves collaborating with senior team members, attending project meetings, documenting decisions, and helping ensure that deliverables meet quality, timeline, and client expectations. The Associate will also contribute to internal knowledge building, support proposal preparation, and participate in continuous improvement of processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in cross-disciplinary teams, collaborating with design, planning, and technology professionals.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills relevant to urban and built-environment projects.
- Proficiency in digital tools commonly used in design, planning, or data-driven project work (e.g., design software, visualization tools, or basic data analysis tools).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare structured documentation and project presentations.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant academic background in architecture, urban design, city planning, geography, technology, engineering, or a related field.
- Interest in the intersection of design and technology and in addressing complex challenges in cities.
- Willingness to work on-site in the London Area and to engage with international and multidisciplinary teams.
