Senior Analyst - Associate level – Bulge-Bracket Bank – Industrials & Services – London
Metis Search are currently partnered with an elite boutique Investment bank that are looking to add multiple individuals into their Industrials & stand alone Services team at Senior Analyst to Associate 3 level.
This is an opportunity to join a leading elite boutique Investment Bank, advising on buy-side and sell-side M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions across the UK and Europe.
The team operates within an agile & execution-focused environment, offering significant responsibility, regular interaction with stakeholders, strong deal exposure, and a clear progression path.
There is a good blend of Strategic and Sponsor-driven M&A on offer.

Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions within the Industrials sector, developing investment cases and financial analyses.
- Prepare financial models and valuations, including DCF, LBO, and comparable approaches.
- Producing high-quality client presentations, information memoranda, and marketing materials.
- Develop relationships with management teams, advisers, and investors to support origination efforts.
- Working closely with senior bankers on strategic advisory and transaction execution, taking an active role in structuring, negotiating and executing.
- Managing workstreams and working collaboratively with all team members.

Candidate Profile
- Approximately 2.5 to 6 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Some exposure to the Industrials or Services sector is preferred but not essential.
- Credible end to end M&A experience is essential.
- Strong technical foundation in financial modelling and valuation.
- Big 4 Candidates in lead advisory also considered.
- Demonstrated transaction experience with the ability to run workstreams independently.
- Commercially minded, resourceful, and comfortable working in small teams.
- Clear and confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are beneficial but not essential.
