PATRIZIA Infrastructure invests in assets with clear and measurable cashflows that protect against inflation, while providing predictable cash returns. PATRIZIA Infrastructure offers investment capabilities across infrastructure credit and unlisted infrastructure equity.
The infrastructure - credit team invests in high-yield infrastructure debt across infrastructure sectors in OECD countries. The debt team has been investing in infrastructure debt for 24 years and has generated market-leading risk-adjusted returns for institutional investors. Infrastructure credit will be a key contributor to the growth in PATRIZIA AuM. The team comprises of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and is highly experienced with cross-product, multi-disciplinary expertise.
As Associate you will play a key role within the Infrastructure - Credit Team in our location in London. You are responsible for identifying, assessing and executing infrastructure credit investments. The role includes supporting the team with investment management, reporting, fundraising and business development activities. They are also responsible for liaising with a broad range key internal and external stakeholders (such as external advisors).
Your Responsibilities
Investments
- Work autonomously and with a team of investment professionals to originate, execute and manage infrastructure credit investments;
- Contribute to investment screening, financial analysis, due diligence, sustainability analysis, transaction execution and completion of investments;
- Take responsibility for ongoing asset management, valuation and reporting including sustainability reporting;
- Support investment origination and monitor market developments;
- Contribute information, analysis and reporting to the Investment Committee; and
- Provide information, analysis and guidance on valuation and risk assessment processes.

Investors/Prospects
- Maintain strong presentation skills and an ability to liaise with investors with input and support from supervisors;
- Support business development strategy and fundraising; and
- Contribute to developing and enhancing relationships with clients and potential clients.

What We Look For
- Qualifications required – Bachelors or Masters degree from a leading university;
- Industry experience in either M&A, Infrastructure/Project Finance or Debt Advisory with a focus on private market infrastructure, energy and/or real assets;
- High proficiency in financial modelling in Excel with ability to build models and sensitivities (VBA desirable);
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to carry out multiple duties and responsibilities at the same time; and
- Native-like fluency in English (fluency in additional European languages is a plus).
