About our client
We are working with a global alternatives investment manager with over £100bn in Assets Under Management.
They invest via primaries, secondaries, and co-investments worldwide, across numerous private markets asset classes. Since 2014, they have built a highly successful real assets business, investing mostly via secondaries and co-investments across a range of sectors. They are well established in the space and are leveraging their highly successful track record to fundraise for their next vintage, which will be deployed alongside an evergreen fund. They consider the full spectrum of opportunities, covering transport, power, renewables, and business services. Deploying capital into these mainly via LP and GP-led secondaries, with some co-investment potential.

What the job involves
- Play an integral role in the origination, evaluation, and execution of real asset secondary transactions
- Assist in all aspects of the transaction process, across financial modelling and due diligence
- Work with seniors to prepare materials for the investment committee approval process
- Represent the fund with external stakeholders and at AGMs

Who we are looking for
- Strong academic track record
- Strong valuations and modelling experience from investment banking and/or a relevant buy-side environment
- Entrepreneurial and dynamic, with strong proactivity and teamwork
- Additional European language highly beneficial
