About the Job
The Inside Sales team is looking for an Associate Inside Sales Account Representative to support incremental revenue growth by selling SAS software, services, and solutions to current and prospective customers. In this role, you’ll work closely with teammates and field sales partners to respond to customer needs, qualify opportunities, and manage sales activity within an assigned territory.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, develop foundational sales skills, and grow into greater responsibility within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
As an Associate Inside Sales Account Representative, you will:
- Support incremental revenue generation by engaging with current and prospective customers through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Respond to customer inquiries, qualify opportunities, and route or escalate sales activity to appropriate channels as needed.
- Assist in executing territory and account plans in partnership with senior inside sales and field sales teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders to identify software, services, and training needs.
- Prepare standard quotes, proposals, and sales documentation with guidance from more experienced team members.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and customer information in internal CRM systems to support forecasting and pipeline management.
- Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages relevant to the territory are an advantage or may be required.
- Interest in developing sales skills, including prospecting, opportunity qualification, and pipeline management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally by phone and email.
- Willingness to learn the CRM tools, sales systems and processes.
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
