The Client
A leading UK law firm with a Tier 1 recognised Insurance Disputes Team. They are consistently the first point of call for major policy holder insurance disputes and have worked on some of the most important cases in the past ten years.
The team has a unique practice carrying out high profile and complex work for policyholders, insurers and brokers across all sectors but with a focus on energy, real estate and financial institutions.

Areas of expertise include:
- Coverage disputes across all classes of business including property damage/business interruption, professional indemnity, D&O, Cyber, Warranty & Indemnity, Credit and Political Risk, Contractors All Risk and public and product liability
- Contentious regulatory matters in the insurance sector
- Professional Indemnity claims

Qualifications
Candidates must have strong matter management experience and exposure to a strong level of responsibility if even at a comparatively junior level.
They are very open to a strong generalist litigator that's had experience working on a small number of high value policy holder disputes.
The client is looking for a qualified associate with between one to four years of experience at a well rated UK or international practice.
