Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of flagship hotel and hospitality schemes, from concept development through to construction documentation, ensuring designs are aligned with client and studio vision.
• Oversee and mentor design team members across all levels, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating internal resources, external consultants, and suppliers to deliver creative, timely, and on-budget outcomes.
• Develop and present compelling visual and verbal design proposals, translating conceptual ideas into polished presentations that engage and inspire clients.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of innovative materials, sustainability, and global F&B trends, integrating these insights into project designs.
• Act as a proactive point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to refining studio standards and processes, promoting efficiency and quality in every stage of design and delivery.
