About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Associate Interior Designer to join a leading design studio, working across a diverse portfolio of high-end hospitality interior projects. The successful candidate will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with senior leadership while managing multiple projects and supporting more junior members of the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead concept development, space planning, design presentations, and client briefings.
- Translate creative ideas into considered and commercially viable schemes.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and procurement teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, joinery, site information, and manage RFIs, installations, and snagging.

Requirements
- Strong creative and technical designer with excellent knowledge of FF&E, materials, finishes, suppliers, and bespoke furniture.
- Strong understanding of sensory and experience-led design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is highly advantageous.
- Experience across developed design, tender, technical design, construction, and post-delivery stages.
- Strong client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Confidence to represent the studio professionally with clients and external project teams.
Leadership Role
As an Associate, you will also play an important leadership role within the studio, mentoring junior and middleweight designers, overseeing workflow, and maintaining high standards of design and project delivery.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about design, proactive, commercially aware, and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will combine creative flair with strong technical and project management skills, while bringing a positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach to the team.
Work Arrangement
2 days WFH.
