Overview: Inuka is working with a leading investment banking firm to recruit an Associate, Investment Banking (Energy & Infrastructure) based in London. This role will support execution of M&A transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, with exposure to emerging markets and energy transition opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Support execution of M&A transactions across energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
- Prepare client materials including pitchbooks, information memoranda, and investment presentations.
- Assist with due diligence, market research, and transaction analysis.
- Coordinate workstreams across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support senior bankers in client engagement and transaction delivery.
- Contribute to origination activities through sector analysis and market intelligence.

Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking, infrastructure finance, or related advisory roles.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- Experience working on infrastructure or energy-related transactions preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
- Genuine interest in energy transition and emerging markets.
