About RWinvest

RWinvest is a leading UK off-plan property investment company, helping clients identify and invest in high-quality buy-to-let opportunities across the UK.

The Role

Due to continued growth, we are launching a new Associate Investment Consultant team. This team will engage our existing investor database, build early-stage relationships, understand client requirements and arrange high-quality screenshare appointments, viewings and consultations for our experienced Investment Consultants.

We are looking for an energetic and supportive Team Leader to manage, coach and motivate a team of four Associate Investment Consultants.

You will ensure the team delivers an excellent first experience for prospective investors while achieving agreed KPIs for activity, conversations, qualification, appointment setting, follow-up and CRM management.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage daily team activity and ensure individuals are working effectively through their allocated investor leads and follow-up tasks.
  • Hold regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and coaching sessions with each team member.
  • Provide practical coaching on communication, rapport building, questioning techniques, objection handling, qualification and appointment setting.
  • Review calls, written communications and CRM notes to maintain a consistently high standard of investor engagement.
  • Identify performance trends, recognise strong performance and put clear improvement plans in place where required.
  • Work closely with Investment Consultants and sales leadership to ensure appointments are appropriately qualified and handovers are clear and professional.
  • Lead by example, maintaining high energy, professionalism, organisation and a strong focus on investor experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
