What you will do
This is not a back-office graduate scheme. From day one, you'll have real ownership over real deliverables — working alongside senior colleagues on projects that land in front of C-suite executives at global banks and asset managers.
Your day-to-day will span the full project lifecycle:
Data & analysis
- Handling and interrogating large datasets to uncover meaningful patterns
- Building benchmarking models in Excel to compare client performance against industry peers
- Translating complex data into clear, compelling visuals and written insights

Client delivery
- Supporting and eventually leading periodic benchmarking reports for financial services clients
- Contributing to bespoke client projects across Asset & Wealth Management, Investment Banking and Commercial Banking
- Helping prepare and present findings at client roundtables and industry forums
Account & project management
- Supporting the management of ongoing client relationships and communications
- Coordinating workstreams and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborating closely with senior team members while building your own trusted client relationships over time
Internal contribution
- Getting involved in knowledge-sharing groups, process improvement initiatives and team social activities
- As you progress, contributing to BCG cases alongside our parent company — giving you exposure to high-level stakeholders across one of the world's leading strategy firms
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for graduates who are:
- Analytically minded — you're comfortable handling large volumes of data, spotting patterns and drawing out meaningful conclusions. Numbers don't intimidate you; they excite you.
- Highly proficient in Excel — you've gone beyond basic formulas. You know your way around pivot tables, lookups and data modelling, and you're eager to keep developing.
- Clear communicators — you can translate complex analysis into simple, well-structured messages that a non-technical audience can act on.
- Genuinely passionate about financial services — you're curious about how banks, asset managers and financial institutions operate, and you want to build a career at the intersection of data and finance. This isn't a stopgap; it's a direction.
- Organised and dependable — you manage your time well, sweat the details and follow through on commitments without needing to be chased.
- Proactive and ownership-driven — you don't wait to be told what to do next. You take initiative, ask good questions and take pride in the quality of your work.

A 2:1 or above in a quantitative, science or business subject is required. Prior experience in financial services or analytics is a bonus, not essential. We care far more about mindset and ability than your CV.
