POSITION OVERVIEW
The Associate will support the design and delivery of projects through Incite’s problem-led, insight-driven consulting approach. Collaborating with Senior Associates and Principals across the full project lifecycle, from helping shape the brief and research design through the analysis and delivery. Working across Services, this individual will engage with Travel, Energy, Financial, Insurance, and many other clients. Projects range from 6 weeks to several months, and you might be working on 3 or 4 projects at a time. This role combines hands-on research, is predominantly quantitative but may involve some qualitative methodologies, project coordination, and client relationship. This individual is expected to be curious and proactive, bringing a can-do mindset and making a meaningful contribution to the projects and ongoing client accounts.

- Supports Principals with quantitative projects, including research design, questionnaire writing, analysis and presentation, and preparation of reports based on clients' objectives.
- Monitors survey progress, cleaning data, and ensures timelines are met.
- Performs data analysis and contributes to insights.
- Supports Senior Associates and Principals with content creation for pitches, proposal preparation, and delivery.
- Builds trusted client relationships and manages their expectations by regular dialogue and follow-ups on each project.
- Encourages a collaborative environment by sharing ideas, working closely with colleagues, supporting team members, understanding their motivations, and adapting to different roles and projects to achieve shared goals.
- Develops practical, business-focused solutions by identifying key insights and constructively challenging assumptions to reach the best possible outcome.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Experience managing quantitative projects, ideally acquired through an agency.
- Evidence of strong project management capability managing work to agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Ability to support with core elements of a project, including questionnaire design, monitoring fieldwork, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Demonstrates confidence in basic quantitative analysis.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the confidence to independently resolve day-to-day issues while recognizing when to seek support.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with a collaborative approach that supports teamwork and best practice.
- Confident in SPSS or Q or other relevant statistical software.
