Join us at Chichester College Group as we launch exciting new programmes in Artificial Intelligence, Automation, and Digital Transformation. We are seeking an inspirational Associate Lecturer with industry experience to deliver innovative learning that helps managers, professionals, and apprentices understand, adopt, and apply AI and automation technologies to improve organizational performance, productivity, and decision-making.
As Our Associate Lecturer in AI, Automation and Digital Innovation, You Will:
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across AI Leadership and AI & Automation programmes.
- Develop engaging learning materials, workshops, and practical activities focused on AI adoption, automation, and digital transformation.
- Support learners to identify opportunities for AI and automation within their workplace and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI technologies, industry developments, and best practice, ensuring curriculum content remains current and relevant.

What You Will Bring to the Role
- Relevant industrial or commercial experience in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, Business Improvement, or related field.
- Understanding of AI tools, technologies, and applications.
- An understanding of safeguarding and inclusive learning practices.
