The Role
We are seeking an Associate Lecturer in Global Pharmaceutical and Biotech Management to join our Tutor Services Team at Coventry University Online (CUOL) delivering innovative, flexible and inclusive online education to a diverse global student community across our MSc postgraduate programmes.
You will be focused on facilitating an engaging, inclusive and academically rigorous learning experience within a module-based online delivery model. The postholder will support students through a range of digital platforms primarily; Aula and Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications Required
- Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, Bio-business, Innovation Management, or a closely aligned scientific/commercial discipline
Our Successful Candidate
You will possess a strong understanding of science in order to contextualise teaching and bridge between scientific innovation and commercial execution. The post holder will be comfortable using technology to enable effective support to both large/small cohorts of students at distance, utilising the Aula platforms.
This position is ideal for an experienced practitioner with a passion for online education, digital innovation, and widening participation in higher education.
