Associate Lettings Manager | Prime Central London
Fulham, London
Knightsbridge International Real Estate is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Associate Lettings Manager to join our growing London team. This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the business of lettings: winning instructions, carrying out valuations, building landlord relationships, negotiating deals, and generating revenue.
We are looking for someone who is already confident operating within Prime Central London and understands the expectations of landlords and tenants at the upper end of the market.
You should be:
- Experienced in lettings valuations and confident converting valuations into instructions
- Well versed in the Prime Central London lettings market, including areas such as Chelsea, Kensington, Knightsbridge, and surrounding prime postcodes
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable generating your own business
- Strong at prospecting and building long-term landlord relationships
- An experienced negotiator who is comfortable handling higher-value properties and clients
- Organised, accountable, and able to manage a pipeline from valuation through to completion
- Someone with genuine drive, energy, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working from our Fulham office and being out in the market when required

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
