Litigation & Arbitration Associate – 3–4 PQE

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level associate to join a top-tier Litigation and Arbitration team. You will act on a range of complex and multi-jurisdictional disputes, including commercial litigation and arbitration matters across diverse sectors. The role offers exposure to significant cross-border cases and the chance to develop advocacy and strategic advisory skills at the highest level.

What They’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years’ post-qualification experience in litigation and arbitration
  • Qualified in England & Wales with robust technical ability
  • Demonstrated experience managing a varied caseload, including complex disputes
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Client-focused mindset with business development capability
  • Interest in cross-border and international work
