Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the ongoing asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans
- Monitoring loan performance, financial covenants and key reporting requirements
- Reviewing and analyzing borrower financial information and property-level performance
- Monitoring development loans, including development progress, drawdowns and associated risks
- Understanding and analyzing debt structures, loan documentation and covenant requirements
- Preparing financial analysis, reporting and recommendations for clients and key stakeholders
- Working closely with borrowers, lenders, advisors and other transaction parties

Qualifications/ Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- A strong Commercial Real Estate background – essential
- Good understanding of real estate debt and loan structures
- Experience or knowledge of development lending
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
- Good understanding of covenant monitoring and loan performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Additional European language skills would be an advantage
