About our client
Our client is a successful and well-established international private equity fund with an impressive secondaries team based in London. They are looking for an Associate to join their growing London team. They have a fantastic track record investing across Europe and the US.
This lean team means that you will have the ability to step up and take lots of responsibility across the entire investment process. This position offers an exciting long-term career path in a recently established secondaries team within a global platform.

What the job involves
- Reviewing opportunities to invest in the secondaries private equity market
- Build financial models to analyse secondary opportunities
- Preparing investment committee memos, marketing materials and case studies
- Support the monitoring of secondary investments in the portfolio
Who we are looking for

- Prior experience within M&A, leveraged finance or private equity secondaries investing
- Strong analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Driven, entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to assume additional responsibilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- High-energy team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver high quality work in a fast-paced environment
