Associate Manager, Content Production & Delivery, LMS

Do you have experience managing complex digital publishing workflows and improving how content moves from source through to an LMS? Are you confident working with Canvas, HTML/CSS and structured content to resolve issues that affect the learner experience? Do you enjoy getting to the root of production problems and making the underlying process better?

As Associate Manager, Content Production & Delivery, LMS, you will take ownership of the health and quality of CFA Institute’s LMS production workflows. You will help ensure learning content is delivered reliably and consistently across Canvas and other digital formats, while improving the processes, automation and standards behind that delivery.

You will work across Content Production, Editorial, Quality Review and Technology, providing hands-on expertise when complex issues arise and helping create more consistent, scalable ways of working across CFA Institute learning products.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the day-to-day health and quality of LMS content production workflows, with particular focus on Canvas, course-level configuration, HTML/CSS styling and lesson assembly.
  • Ensure learning products are delivered with consistent structure, presentation and behaviour across LMS courses.
  • Maintain and improve workflows that transform structured content from Word through XML and RSuite into PDF, EPUB and LMS outputs.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex content transformation, formatting, configuration and rendering issues, helping prevent recurring problems rather than relying on reactive fixes.
  • Design, test and implement improvements to publishing automation and production workflows within established standards.
  • Carry out regression testing following workflow or system changes and work with Technology colleagues where wider system changes are required.
  • Act as an escalation point for Content Production Specialists and other partners when complex production issues arise.
  • Provide practical guidance, training and mentoring across content management and production workflows.
  • Apply accessibility and usability standards across digital outputs, including semantic content organisation and accessible presentation.
  • Maintain clear workflow documentation and production standards that can be used consistently across the team.
  • Partner with Content Technology colleagues to resolve cross-system LMS configuration and rendering issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience in content production, digital publishing or publishing operations, with strong ownership of complex production workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Canvas and/or comparable learning management systems, including course configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong practical knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the ability to diagnose course-level display, structure and accessibility issues.
  • Experience working with Common Cartridge and QTI standards, or comparable standards used to package and transfer digital learning content.
  • Strong workflow optimisation skills, including experience designing, testing and implementing improvements to publishing processes or automation.
  • Experience diagnosing non-routine production or rendering issues across systems and developing lasting solutions.
  • Working knowledge of structured content and XML-based publishing pipelines.
  • Experience validating lesson assembly and course rendering across browsers and devices.
  • Experience working effectively across Editorial, Production, Quality Review and Technology teams.
  • Evidence of mentoring, training or supporting colleagues with production processes and technical problem-solving.
  • Strong analytical skills, initiative and the ability to work independently while knowing when wider escalation is required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
