Associate Manager - Marketing & Communications

Contract: 12 months
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in the office per week)
Rate: £50-60 per hour

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate Manager - Marketing & Communications to lead high-impact campaigns that strengthen employer brand, inclusion and diversity, and local market reputation across the UK and Ireland.

As the Associate Manager - Marketing & Communications, you'll develop and deliver integrated marketing programmes, working with senior stakeholders across HR, Recruitment, Corporate Citizenship and Marketing to create campaigns that drive engagement, enhance reputation and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, PR, social media and internal communications.
  • Develop and activate UK & Ireland inclusion and diversity, employer brand and local reputation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns aligned with global strategy and local priorities.
  • Manage flagship events, partnerships, thought leadership initiatives and campaign performance measurement.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, reporting and programme governance, ensuring delivery against objectives.

About You:

  • Proven experience delivering integrated B2B marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience delivering employer branding, inclusion and diversity, or corporate reputation initiatives.
  • Excellent project management, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience within technology, consulting or professional services, with a proactive mindset and interest in using AI and modern marketing tools.
