Overview

Reporting to the Associate Director, Integrated Marketing - EMEA, the Associate Manager will play a key role in bringing Haus Labs' integrated marketing strategy to life across the UK, Europe and Middle East. Working cross-functionally with Global Marketing, Commercial, Creative, Education, retail marketing teams and external agency partners, this role will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, PR and communications initiatives, retail marketing programs and new market launches across the region.

This is a fully remote role requiring someone who is highly organized, proactive and comfortable working independently while collaborating with colleagues and partners across multiple markets and time zones. Travel across the EMEA region will be required to support launches, events and key business priorities. What You’ll Do

Marketing Campaigns & New Market Launches

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across the UK, Europe and Middle East.
  • Manage campaign timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Support the planning and execution of new market launches, retailer expansions and key brand launches across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and commercial growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

PR & Communications

  • Support the planning and execution of regional PR and communications strategies to build brand awareness and drive earned media.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with PR agencies across the region, ensuring activity is aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate press office activity, media outreach, product launches and communications initiatives.
  • Plan and execute press events, media previews, influencer events and creator experiences.
  • Coordinate product seeding and gifting programs for media, creators and key partners.
  • Assist with the development of press materials, campaign briefs and communications assets.
  • Track media coverage and campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations with the wider team.

Retail/Trade Marketing

  • Partner closely with retailer marketing teams across the EMEA region to develop and execute best-in-class retail marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate in-store marketing campaigns, visual merchandising, sampling programs and promotional activity.
  • Support retailer launches, store openings and key commercial moments across multiple markets.
  • Plan and execute consumer activations, masterclasses and retail marketing experiences that drive product discovery, trial and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with retailer partners to ensure marketing activity aligns with commercial objectives and global brand standards.
  • Build strong relationships with retailer stakeholders, proactively managing timelines, deliverables and launch requirements.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with external agencies, retailer partners and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact for agency partners, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
  • Coordinate communication across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify risks and solutions to keep projects moving forward.

Project Management, Budgeting & Reporting

  • Own regional project trackers, launch calendars and marketing timelines.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Track campaign budgets and invoices, ensuring accurate budget management.
  • Support campaign reporting through KPI analysis, post-campaign evaluations and key Learnings.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for future initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-6 years' experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing or retail marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion or another premium consumer brand.
  • Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, events or brand activations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work-streams simultaneously.
  • Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident building relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Commercially minded with a passion for creating impactful consumer experiences.
  • Passionate about beauty and excited by the opportunity to help grow Haus Labs across the EMEA region.
