Associate Marketing & Communications Manager

Contract: 12 months
Location: UK - Remote
Rate: £50-54 per hour


We are seeking an experienced Associate Marketing & Communications Manager to join a global organisation delivering innovative business solutions and transformation services. This remote role provides maternity leave cover within a high-performing marketing and communications team, supporting thought leadership initiatives and integrated marketing activation programmes.

As an Associate Marketing & Communications Manager, you will manage end-to-end marketing workstreams, developing impactful content, coordinating campaigns, and helping bring strategic ideas to life across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver thought leadership marketing assets, including articles, executive summaries, client presentations, social content, and data visualisations.
  • Manage integrated production plans, timelines, dependencies, and review cycles to ensure successful delivery of marketing programmes.
  • Partner with campaign and channel teams to activate content across digital platforms, including web, email, and social channels.
  • Coordinate internal and external marketing activities, including briefings, stakeholder engagement, and enablement.
  • Support performance tracking, reporting dashboards, compliance reviews, and the development of marketing tools and resources.

About You:

  • 5-10+ years' experience in content development, marketing communications, and project management.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience creating B2B marketing content aligned to brand standards.
  • Proven experience delivering complex thought leadership or integrated marketing programmes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and digital marketing platforms to enhance content creation and campaign delivery.
