Naturium is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-driven Associate Marketing Manager, International to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, International, and working alongside the Director of Marketing, International, this role serves as the central operational engine for the marketing team. You will drive operational excellence, executional speed, and product launch readiness across the UK & Australia with core partners (Space NK, Boots, and Amazon in the UK & Sephora in ANZ) as well as upcoming international expansion territories.

This is an ideal role for an energetic beauty professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and excels at keeping complex moving parts organized. The Associate Manager plays a critical role in turning high-level strategy into seamless execution - orchestrating project timelines, managing agency deliverables, and maintaining alignment between retail partners, local agency networks, and global brand teams in Los Angeles to power Naturium's international momentum.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain master international marketing calendars, campaign timelines, retailer set-up, and launch logistics
- Coordinate regional media and PR execution, managing product seeding logistics and campaign toolkits for local agency partners
- Support community-building and creator programs, working alongside agencies to support activations that grow Naturium’s community across international markets
- Build campaign reporting and assets, creating wrap-up decks, performance recaps, and presentation materials
- Power trade marketing and retail execution across key partners, delivering localized campaign assets, digital brand page updates, and managing tradeshows
- Maintain brand excellence across retail channels, auditing dot-com brand pages and physical doors to ensure optimal brand and product representation
- Orchestrate day-to-day international marketing operations, managing budget tracking, purchase orders, agency management, and general administration
- Partner cross-functionally with International Sales team to seamlessly align trade marketing activations with commercial retail calendars
- Work hand in hand with global marketing teams in LA to ensure seamless global to-local campaign adaptations and requirement alignment
- Support coordination of international DTC and social commerce activity (including TikTok Shop).

Requirements
- 2–4 years of marketing experience within the beauty or personal care sector
- Prior experience with prestige / masstige beauty retail environments
- Strong project management abilities with a track record of executing complex workflows with speed, accuracy, and agility. Highly organized, solution-oriented, proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setup and collaborate across global time zones
Compensation
£0 - £0 a year
The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender-neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
Compensation components are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
